1. Data controller

Durante la fase previa a la constitución de la entidad operadora, el tratamiento de los datos es gestionado por los promotores del proyecto Barbate-Vejer Eclipse Village 2027.

La entidad operadora prevista es Barbate-Vejer Eclipse Village 2027, S.L., sociedad pendiente de constitución en Barbate (Cádiz).

2. Processed data

We will process only: name, email address, telephone number, selected plot type and size, price and date of the pre-reservation, pre-reservation identifier, terms acceptance timestamp, and basic technical security information. We do not request bank details, ID documents, or sensitive data during this phase.

3. Purposes

The data will be processed to manage and confirm the pre-reservation, guarantee the spot and the price, notify about the opening of the final reservation period, and handle inquiries. Commercial communications will only be sent if you grant your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

The management of the pre-booking is based on the application of pre-contractual measures requested by the user themselves. Commercial communications are based exclusively on express consent (opt-in).

5. Recipients and data processors

The data will be hosted with technology providers for infrastructure, databases, and email delivery who act as data processors under contract. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Conservation

The data associated with the pre-reservation will be kept while it is active and for the necessary legal period. Commercial communications data will be kept until you withdraw your consent.

7. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection by writing to privacidad@eclipsespain.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
